Children belong to God. They are the church of today and the church of tomorrow. We cannot thank God enough for the privilege of ministering to them. At Wantirna we minister to all children.

At Wantirna we take the safety of children seriously. Wantirna has implemented the Child Safe program to ensure both our leaders and programs are safe places for all children. Therefore, if you wish to work in children’s ministry in Wantirna we require you to apply with references, do Child Safe training and have a current Working With Children Check.  For more information go to www.children.crca.org.au

Turbo Kids

Kids aged 4 – Year 5 can join us in TurboKidz! Our goal is your child’s growth in Christ. Therefore we encourage children to respond in faith and follow Christ by participating in service and outreach.

When are we on?

Throughout the year we run in blocks of up to 4 weeks at a time followed by some weeks in Family Worship.

You can join us to outreach to local community  children in a number of ways.

Kids Hope

Kids Hope is a ‘one on one’ mentoring program conducted in the local Primary School. Once a week, for one hour, a mentor will go into the school and build into the life of one child. People are welcome to become mentors if they genuinely care for children (especially needy children) and can commit to one hour per week. Contact Ray Rus for details: rrus@crca.org.au

CRE

CRE is an exciting opportunity to share the gospel with those who otherwise would not hear. Through CRE we share Christ with around 300 kids a week in local primary schools!
